Are you in need of a ramp, chair lift or a handicap accessible bathroom and/or kitchen? The Veterans Access to Home Grant includes both interior and exterior home modifications.

Grant money is distributed on a first come, first serve basis. If you are a disabled Veteran or Senior Veteran or if you know of a veteran in need of modifications to their home, please, contact us at (585) 657-4114 or e-mail us at sheen2@rochester.rr.com for an application and income eligibility.
