Lively with tables for 10 so don't go if you are noise-phobic. They are particularly good about GLUTEN FREE pizza and pastas. Food is good. Staff is young and very nice. The place has a casual look about it and I'm told they are quirky about when they take reservations. We enjoyed dinner but wouldn't make an effort to return as it's got too youthful a vibe for our taste and too many children. That said, if you're looking for a place where you can bring a group of children (say between 5 and 12), this is a good choice.

A warm and intimate setting - the risotto croquettes and tiramisu are a must-try.

One of the biggest highlights of this place is the atmosphere. It's a cool spot and I would definitely recommend it for dinner. The Broccoli Rabe & Sausage and the Brussels Sprout pizza are tasty and hearty. I'd also recommend the fresh pastas, particularly the Paccheri alla Norcina. The mains, though well thought out, were not as strong as the pizzas and pastas.

Had soup, pasta & bruschetta, all first rate - the bruschetta amazing, so creative & fresh. The service attentive, helpful without being pushy or intrusive. Over -all first rate experience.

Emporio is such a great place to eat! The servers are knowledgeable about the ingredients and really attentive to wine selection. The back room can be a bit noisy so if you're wishing for a quite dine out sit in the front. Pizzas are amazing! The wood fired oven gives it the perfect taste: my favorites are the Italian Ham and Prosciutto and Arugula. Scallops, steak, hand-made pastas are all excellently done. I would definitely recommend to friends and will be returning!!

Thought this cozy restaurant was charming and the food was delicious and well-priced. Good low-key place in a neighborhood where these types of restaurants are hard to find. I recommend their seasonal specials. Wood-burning oven made the restaurant temperature a bit hot!
