Popular brewpub crafting unique beers (like Polygamy Pale Ale) & American fare in a relaxed setting.- Google
"Good brunch menu but you have to wait til 11:30 for beer and cocktails."
"The bread pudding French Toast for breakfast was unimpressive."

Probably one of the few places you can get a decent drink at in Layton. Went here with a coworker. The food was HORRIBLE! The beer was good, the waitress was super nice and even told us to stay away from couple of appetizers that weren't so popular (after we decided to order them ) .. Overall, if you are in town and staying in one of the hotels around there , this is your place.

One of my favorite places this far north! Great food! I love the Navajo chicken and the naughty fries. Open a location in draper/sandy area. Then I won't have to drive so far. :)

Roosters Brewing Company and Restaurant. Coming from one of the largest densities of micro breweries in the country I'm a bit of a beer snob with a fully adept palate. Then I remembered I'm in Utah where beer has a max of 4%. Every time I've come here I either bring my own beer or drink liquor. This time I decided to try their root beer floats, bottomless. After 2 a gal told me I can switch it up to orange and I did. After 2 more I was ready to switch it up to shots and cocktails. Service was good, but after chatting with some locals it can be hit or miss. My experience was good. I wanted to try their food, but with the advice of a fellow out of town drinker he said go with the appetizers. Wow were the wings good and the onion rings world class, but those are beer food and not cocktail food so my experience could have been better if I had a real IPA or even a true Kolsch (4.2-4.8% is true) I would have tried a meal. This place has really good potential and serves a good need for gastro pub food, but they should make more good that goes well with drink and not beer because they really don't have anything except hoppy water.

Good place to take clients from out of town, but loosing it's originality. It's not a top Destination. Perhaps because it's not in a destination city. If you are in town for a convention, it's worth a visit.

I went TDY to Hill AFB for a week with a buddy of mine. We went the Roosters the first night we were there and had great food and a pitcher of Bee's Knees Beer. I am not a beer drinker I hate beer but this is the one exception. Simply the best alcohol I have ever put to my lips. We found ourselves coming back every single night after work despite trying many other places we always left where we were and having dinner at Roosters. Great friendly staff and quality food and beer to match. It's been 5 years now but I still tell everyone I know about it. Definitely a place to stop by and experience. I wish I lived closer so I could go back.

Food is amazing i love the gorgonzola sauce. Service is slow and a bit forgetful. The saltines leave something to be desired oh and watch out for the flying food bus boy got sauce all up in my hair and all over my clothes. Not to mention the staff just acted like nothing happened. No meal comp or discount or anything. Seams pretty unprofessional.

POOR TRAINING FROM MANAGERS DOWN TO THE HOSTESS Went in on a Friday and requested my name be put on the list. The hostess (brown hair fake eyelashes) told me that the wait would be 35 minutes. We came back 30 minutes later and asked how much longer the wait was. She was EXTREMELY SNOTTY this time and told us that she didn't put my name on the list because I didn't tell her my name. The first thing I did when I walked up was said "Hi I need to put my name on the list, it's Jill". BIZARRE. So I asked to be put where we should be and she said no. I called then manager the next day to talk to him about, and he said he would call me back in the next day or so, after he had talked to the hostess. That was two months ago. We now drive to the Ogden location for great service and food!

Our server doesn't drink beer. He did know what beer tasted like what based on what others had told him. The food was good. I had the Ravioli, Husband had the flat Reuben.
