We had mistakenly booked a room on a club level room, but the price was quite reasonable regardless. I was pleased with the value as we took advantage of the club lounge and its amenities--complimentary non-alcoholic drinks and snacks were quite good for the most part. The rooms and service I experienced were highly satisfactory, so we had a great stay by all accounts. Furthermore, the location was extremely convenientbto a number of popular places. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Ok, out of the three hotels I have stayed at while in Seattle the Grand Hyatt is my favorite!! I was put up here for a night when I went to interview at Amazon. I loved this hotel. It was posh and had amazing views. And, my favorite part of a nice hotel? A fantastic bathroom! It was large and had a huge soaking tub. I highly suggest staying here if you can while you're in the area.

We stay here every year for ECCC. We get the corner room whic is really nice. We are also celiac and for a celiac whose is strict gluten free, eating at a hotel is hard. Hyatt accomadated is so well it was the best stay we had. We upgraded to the Hyatt Grand club where the hospitality was unbelievable. We told the evening staff that we have to eat gluten free and they offered to run down to the kitchen to get some crispy tenders since we couldn't eat the appetizers. But believe me, those chicken tenders were the best GF I have ever had. They said they specially order them for GF people. Then we stopped by for dessert and we drooled looking at the dessert and so they offered to get a chocolate cheesecake and also brought up a carrot cake trifle type dessert. That was the tastiest GF dessert I have ever tried. I could eat 3 of the dishes. It was a great stay. But......when we went to check out and go to our car, our car got broken into!! They didn't break anything to get in nor did they steal our GPS or our tech stuff but they stole a couple dollars worth of change. They were after our comic books since we had a comic box in the car but we took all of our comics inside. So they just took change which they didn't take all of it. They were only in there for probably 30 seconds or less. So it was a bittersweet trip.

My husband and I stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary. The hotel itself is very nice and conveniently situated. The room was so much more than we expected. We were given a suite on the 30th floor that had wonderful views of downtown Seattle and Elliott Bay. What really made it special though, was the staff. The service we received was above and beyond. Holly at the front desk, Scott the concierge and Eric the bellman were all very welcoming and friendly. Holly , in particular, made sure we had a relaxing stay. Thank you.

We stayed here in January for my husband's birthday. I called ahead of time to let them know it was a special occasion, and the wonderful woman on the phone set it up so that right after we checked in they would send up a complimentary bottle of wine, a cheese platter and truffles. When we checked in the young lady at the front desk also sent up complimentary slippers and bath salts, as well as upgrading our room to a higher floor. They made our weekend so much better! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Besides being a beautiful hotel in a perfect location, with amazing restaurant, It is this kind of customer service that will have us coming back on our next trip to Seattle!!!

Very nice and great location! The desk was very responsive to questions, restaurant recommendations, and quick room service. Everything was clean, but our room was pretty dusty!

I brought my wife here as a surprise pre-30th wedding anniversary. This Hyatt and their staff blew us away at every encounter. From upgrading us to the Emerald suite on the 30th floor to getting everything set up for dinner reservations. Impeccable service. Holly who checked us in was a delight ensuring my wife had bath salts and we received a complimentary bottle of champaign. The hotel is in walking distance to a plethora of shops, restaurants and activities. We will come back!
