Can you help me with this?

One of the most common problems that my clients bring is the People Pleasing habit. It causes a lot of damage to their relationships, their confidence and causes anxiety. With this in mind I’m thinking about putting together a course with an eBook to help people understand why they’re driven to please others, and most importantly to teach them how to let go of the habit and increase their confidence. It will be called Say Goodbye To People Pleasing. Say Hello To Awesome Confidence!

I really need some feedback on what people think about people pleasing. If any one has a spare 5 minutes I'd be very grateful if you could fill in these few questions.

When people realise they’ve gotten into a habit of negative thinking they often make it worse by judging themselves for doing so! If you identify a lot of negativity in your thoughts, try not to judge yourself, but rather see its as an opportunity to upgrade your personal wisdom.

Here are 3 ways to become aware of unhelpful thinking—and 3 ways to shift it!

Worry – it’s something we all do from time to time. Sometimes we have good reason to worry; for example if we‘re concerned about our finances, or anxious about a job interview, or we’ve fallen out with a friend. There can be lots of life events that cause us to fret, and thankfully we now have self-help tools such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) which work wonders in reducing stress, rapidly.

However, there’s another type of worry. A sort of worry that becomes a habit. Not only is it a habit, but those things we worry about are mostly illogical. When we have this habit, we tend to follow a pattern:
