Known for its seemingly endless array of delicious meats and held as the ‘gold standard’ in traditional Latin grilling, Pampas Grille's West Palm Beach “churrascaria” anchors the south end of CityPlace near Anushka Spa.

The signature of Pampas Grille is its surf and turf, serving up more than 15 types of fresh seafood and spit-roasted meats skewered and carved tableside in Brazil’s authentic churrasco-style. The most popular item is the Picanha – a traditional cut of beef known for its tenderness. Lamb, bacon-wrapped turkey, marinated chicken, shrimp, lobster, a selection of fish and more are served around the restaurant for diners to choose from a la carte – or have it all for one set price. Meat-eaters and health-conscious vegetarians alike will enjoy the famous “The Side Bar,” which offers more than 30 items such as fresh vegetables, pre-designed salads, soups, and Pampas Grille’s famous cheese breads, pao de quejo. In addition to dinner options, Pampas Grille offers a power lunch with its business-friendly environment, quick service and affordable prices during the afternoon, plus a spectacular brunch on weekends.

Curt and Jon were excellent and our party was well taken care of. We were part of a large party in the back room and the food and drinks never stopped coming to the table. Great place for a large group!

Excellent service. The food is great. Even in lunch the meat is fresh and tender. I was skeptical here because the reviews was not great but the we still try it. So I have no regret coming over. We had the surf and turf with seafood and the salmon was awesome. I really recommend this restaurant to my friends. We bought the groupon for $36 for two.

This is the absolute WORST restaurant. I actually called first to make sure that they cooked on an open flame, and they LIED! and said yes. How dare they call themselves a rodizio. It is all oven broiled! The meat SMELLED, was RAW, and looked par-boiled, which is a far cry from flame-charred, medium rare juiciness from REAL, AUTHENTIC rodizios, which I have yet to find down here in FLorida! Save your time and money.

Worst meal I've had at any restaurant at West Palm... I'm really easy-going when it comes to food and service. Was there for a society meeting, and I'd be very surprised if this place is in business in 6 months. Service was just as bad as the food. Had better at Applebees.

There were 6 of us and the waiter was clearly overwhelmed.. we couldn't get dishes cleared.. the meats we're all coming out very bloody in fact we sent back the chicken because it was raw. nevertheless me and another friend have been very sick today ... I will leave out the details.. I would stay away from this place

The food is incredibly good and the service is always excellent. On top of that they throw in a tasteful atmosphere and crazy good caiparinas. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

In a word, awful. Our waiter had 3 duties bring us our wine, came after salad. Bring us water, took 30 minutes and 3 reminders, remove the dirty salad dishes, never happen, we ended up busing our own table. The meat is tasty but not all selections are brought out unless you asked. All the meet comes out rare and you have to ask to have it cooked differently, well done seemed to mean please burn. Food dropped by the meat carver on the exposed table was picked up and placed into the unchanged salad plates. After an hour of asking about the seafood that was part of our meal a platter was presented. One bite of the Mahi Mahi and you knew there was a problem, mine manifested itself during the ride home. Two of my quest work in the industry and were appalled at the lack of service. The waiter, who does not even have to serve food, could not be found very often. We did compliment one of the meat servers who apologized many times and tried to get us what we wanted. The most professional person there was the girl behind the receptionist desk who kept looking to see what needed to be done such as busing tables, setting tables and pourinf glasses of water for our "waiter" to deliver eventually. The one person who appeared to be a manager had no control of the room and was seen refilling wine glasses and apologizing to people. It is unfortunate that such a well appointed restaurant that is offering a very nice environment, with genuinely tasty meats could serve up such a disastrous experience. the gastrointestinal attack that I and my wife suffered from fish which after it was in your mouth tasted like it was very old is unforgivable. So much potential wasted because of the sum of many small things. Pity, I had real hoped it could be a regular on our dining circuit.
