My 30-Day Habit Change
I started 30 Days of Yoga this morning, by +Marianne Elliott
. It was lovely.
I am doing a habit challenge with the members of my course, The Habit Course (http://habitcourse.com
). Today was Day 1. My challenge is doing yoga every day after my morning coffee -- just 5 minutes to start with.
So I only did the first 5 minutes of the 30 Days of Yoga course, and wanted to keep going. But I stopped myself. I am purposely starting small, as I recommend to others.
Today I started, and am celebrating! I plan to post every day, here on G+, on how my habit challenge is going. I'd love to get feedback, support, encouragement, accountability, etc. from all of you here.
