Shannon, sorry to hear you feel that way. Since you did not confirm your appointment beforehand via phone or email, we did not know you were coming until you called to let us know you were running late which was 13 minutes (via our caller ID records) after your scheduled appointment of 6:00pm. We then contacted you at 6:15 to reschedule your appointment which you had still not shown up to. Your time is just as valuable as mine and I would hope that you would understand this scenario given that you running late would've forced my entire office staff to remain at work after 7:00pm (our closing time) to complete your exam. Do you feel that it is fair to my employees to have to work later than their normal hours because a patient was late to their pre-scheduled appointment?
