My family and I have been to several BJ's Brewhouse in other areas of the State of Florida and they are usually pretty good. However, BJ Restaurant & Brewhouse in Pembroke Pines is the worse by far. Every time I go there, I have had such a bad experience. The service was okay but the food never comes out right. Here is my experience with this restaurant which I have visited on several occasions. The first time I went, I ordered sliders they were served completely raw. The second time, I ordered a cheeseburger and it came out over cooked and cold plus they forgot the lettuce, tomato and sauces. The third time I went, I ordered a chicken pesto pizza and it came out freezing cold, really!. So they offered me dessert as way of trying to appease me for all the bad service provided and what happens next is a doozy. They bring out the dessert and hand us 5 spoons. 3 out of those 5 spoons were dirty with food and grim stuck on them, ewww! Who does that! By the time we were done we had enough of this fiasco. We were so grossed out. What a sour taste that restaurant has left me and my family. Needless to say, I am done with BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse in Pembroke Pines. Never again, enough is enough! I don't recommend this particular restaurant at all.

I thought my first time eating here would be great since it is always jam packed, but it was the complete opposite and I have no interest in returning. I ordered the calamari as an appetizer and the majority of the serving was tentacles and barely any rings. My husband and I decided to share the grilled chicken pasta and it tasted like a frozen Bertolli's meal or worse. I hope other things from their menu are better than the ones we ordered, but I won't chance wasting my money here.

Chicken Pop Stickers tasted like the frozen kind you microwave, same with the mozzarella sticks...burger wasn't special, drinks were watery, and the bbq chicken pizza had almost no BBQ sauce on it. Went downhill since our last visit back in December, although our waiter was very nice and friendly...yay service...nah food.

Ask for Nick. He was funny and very patient he made our dining experiance better than it would have been. The food was brought out quickly and was delicious. I plan on making frequent trips here.

Horrible, horrible, horrible, experience the service was horrible the, beer was not good and not served in the proper glasses. Our food took forever, the appetizer and our food got to our table at the same time due to some problems in the kitchen (a fight, and a loud argument by the kitchen door) all we got was an apology but by that time all I wanted to do was go home. the restaurant is really nice inside but the food and service are not worth the price they charge for the food and drink. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Great menu options, sat at the bar because it was packed, great drinks and food. Still a great place to go.

Well, normally I don't like to write very negative reviews, but I felt in this case that I had to. This was my 2nd (and therefore last) experience with BJ's at this location. The first time we went, the service was slow, but at least the food wasn't too bad. The bathroom was a bit dirty, especially given that this is not exactly a cheap fast food place. You'd think a place that charges $12 for a burger would have cleaner facilities. Fast forward to my second visit. My young daughter and I came in way past normal lunch time, and the place was nearly empty. We figured we'd get good service since they're not busy. WRONG. It took them 10 minutes to seat us (keep in mind all the tables were empty, and no one in front of us). It took another 10 minutes for the waitress to show up. So we finally order our food (chicken tenders for my daughter, a burger for me, "well done"). After at least 15 or 20 minutes, our food finally arrives. My daughter's food was very mediocre. It was almost like some leftovers that was microwaved. Sadly it very well may have been. And the ranch dipping sauce for her veggies was inedible. She got the good meal. My burger was raw. Not medium well, or even medium. It literally was a little cooked on the top and bottom, middle was completely raw. I asked to send it back. They bring it back, by now the burger is completely falling apart (rather than make a new one, it looked like they scraped the avocado and cheese off, and tried to regrill the same patty, then tried to put the same stuff back on it). They did change the fries though - to the wrong type of fries. I get the burger back a few minutes later, and now it's almost blackened on top and bottom, and the inside is still - guess what? - yes completely pink and red. By now my appetite is completely destroyed. The burger looked like crap to begin with, let alone the meat temperature. The waitress tried to apologize, and even brought the manager over. The manager apologized, and sure, they did not charge me for the burger (I did not take even one bite of it). But you know what? You go to a restaurant like Cheesecake Factory and when they make a mistake, they give you a brand new meal, the manager (and once I had the chef) come out and apologize, they give you free desserts, etc. A successful restaurant knows that repeat customers are the key to their success. They want you happy, and they want you coming back to pay $12 for a burger that costs maybe $1 in materials. These guys just shrugged, and did not even offer to pay for my iced tea (which costs them what, maybe 25 cents for half a glass I drank?) So yes, this was my second, and last time I ever visit this restaurant. Just looking at some of the other reviews here, it looks like they are definitely a hit-or-miss restaurant. Not worth it to gamble on what is not an inexpensive meal.
