Popular noodle house & bar with funky vibe serving classic ramen with many options for topping.- Google
"I can still taste the pork belly, the egg, the noodles, and the broth."
"Definitely add the extra egg and extra noodles will probably be necessary."

It's a hidden treasure for thoes of us that don't want to drag all the way to downtown. Amazing food, the servers are quiet and don't interact but the food is hot, fast and one of the most amazing things iv ever tasted. Iv eaten my way through the whole menu and I must say I'm going to do it again. The drinks they come up with are pretty awesome too!

It was my first time trying ramen, so good! Someone else recommended it but get double pork and ramen if you want a nice day bowl. Also, even though it's not ramen, the slider was out of this world. Juicy, flavorful, and tasty... it was amazing!

First time coming and got the number 1. Absolutely loved the food and wonderful ambience. Just to top it off I left my phone in the restaurant and a server ran after me to give it back. Would certainly recommend to anyone.

It's oily and very very salty. It reminded me of a less salty ramen I cook at home when I add all the fixins. The ajitama egg is sweeter than I am normally used to. The noodles for some reason didn't seem that fresh to me. Maybe they made it ahead of time? I had ramen at an authentic Japanese place in another city that made the noodles in front of the customers, and man those noodles were awesome. The long wait and price is not worth it.

This is, hands down, my absolute favorite restaurant in Texas. If you have ever wanted to try authentic ramen, come here and order the Tonkotsu Original. The line often wraps around the building because this place is so popular, and it deserves the attention and the wait is definitely worth it. The line usually moves rather quick, too.

At first discussion I was not sure about it, then after eating all of my notsohot. I was a kid leaving a candy store. Place is small and fantastic. I want to try more on the menu as I am sure it is up to ninja standards but I can not , not order a bowl of notsohot. Plenty of food for the price. This is a must try it place.

I'd give it five stars, but they don't offer the dipping ramen at lunch. That's what I want. Dipping ramen. For every meal of my life. For forever. I also love their tapioca strawberry dessert, which is also not offered at lunch. But, yeah, the ramen is otherwise totally up to the hype.

The Ramen is ok. The sweet egg was a bit too sweet. The #1 and #2 lacked a bit in the flavor department.
