This place is amazing!!! Excellent food, no corkage food, chill neighborhood spot that cooks interesting delicious food. None of the pretention of napa but all of the glory. Rotating plat du jour and also a solid standing menu. Worth the trip to glen Ellen. They don't take reservations so show up early!

Great atmosphere, great food and no doesn't get any better! The artisan cheese platter is amazing and I really like the variety of the plat du jour menu. If you are in the Glen Ellen area, this is a must.

Great food in your quintessential wine country styled restaurant. In the heart of Glen Ellen, this is a great lunch spot!

Interesting place but I was quite disappointed. The Salmon was undercooked and the portion a bit small. The Persimmon desert very blah and dry. An average restaurant trying to be a gourmet dining place.

top-notch bistro food in a casual atmosphere with attentive but not cloying waitstaff. the duck confit was prepared to a crisp perfection with deeply flavored lentils on the side, and the pot roast was what you hope for when you order comfort food. no corkage on byob is a big plus in wine country. come early or be prepared to wait for a table as the place was full at 6pm, but plan to come!

Excellent dinner, but service is a bit spotty at first entry, but our server was excellent, just like the food. Plan to be back. Loved the gingerbread pudding.

The only problem with the Fig Cafe is that we don't want to eat anywhere else. Great menu, wonderful food (the Hanger Steak is a favorite, and the fig and arugula salad, seasonal soups), and our favorite waiter Bruce. Glad the visitors have found it, the locals love it too. Bring your own wine from your day's tasting for no corkage and your dinner is also more reasonable priced than most.
