What a neat little place. I wouldn't normally visit a place like this, but the bill wasn't mine and I needed some good dinner. I was not disappointed. I ordered the Gnocchi while the others got the roast and a hamburger. I tried some of each and they were all great. The meats were juicy and very tender. We also tried a "flight" of wines (4). I always enjoy that kind of thing when places have it. They only carry one brand of wine, but I don't know much about wine so I didn't mind at all! The gnocchi was the best I have ever had. The goat cheese was formed to perfect and was seared slightly on one side. It was mixed with a garlic, buttery sauce that the gnocchi soaked up perfectly. Each piece was a dream and I tried to eat it one at a time. The carrots were a little tough, but hey, still great! This place was quite a surprise and I loved every bite of it!

This place is amazing!!! Excellent food, no corkage food, chill neighborhood spot that cooks interesting delicious food. None of the pretention of napa but all of the glory. Rotating plat du jour and also a solid standing menu. Worth the trip to glen Ellen. They don't take reservations so show up early!

Great atmosphere, great food and no doesn't get any better! The artisan cheese platter is amazing and I really like the variety of the plat du jour menu. If you are in the Glen Ellen area, this is a must.

top-notch bistro food in a casual atmosphere with attentive but not cloying waitstaff. the duck confit was prepared to a crisp perfection with deeply flavored lentils on the side, and the pot roast was what you hope for when you order comfort food. no corkage on byob is a big plus in wine country. come early or be prepared to wait for a table as the place was full at 6pm, but plan to come!

Great food at the sister restaurant to Girl and the Fig in Sonoma. Located in a small cosy spot. Typically a wait on weekend evenings. Food is delicious.

Interesting place but I was quite disappointed. The Salmon was undercooked and the portion a bit small. The Persimmon desert very blah and dry. An average restaurant trying to be a gourmet dining place.

Excellent dinner, but service is a bit spotty at first entry, but our server was excellent, just like the food. Plan to be back. Loved the gingerbread pudding.
