2014. RAIN. SNOW. CALIFORNIA.
February 27, 2014 at 11:38am
We prayed long and hard for this storm. And, here it is about to flood SoCal because of those early fires we had a coupla months ago. Possible mudslides, too, may happen. Go figure. This same kinda storm happened last year folks. Storms came in and everyone was dubbing that system as "Miracle March"... saved California in 2013!
California is basically a desert. Dry, mostly, with brief episodes of sometimes very violent storms, we endure the weather hardships because it's so damn beautiful living here in Cali. No matter where you live, there is a surreal beauty that will surround your senses. Ocean, rivers, lakes; Lake Tahoe, Santa Cruz, Los Angeles, Mono Lake, American River, Sacramento, Burney Falls, Consumnes River, San Francisco, Emerald Bay, Shasta Caverns, La Brea Tar Pits, Mt Diablo, etc.
Go rafting with us this year. Explore the rivers. Enjoy the water and rapids. And, make sure you take the time to explore our great state of California!
