Had my window regulator and motor replaced in my 2000 cadillac deville . The work was done quickly and at a good price over a year ago. It operates just like it did when I purchased the car. I recommend Tirrell for any automotive repair, stop in and talk to them, Good people., good work fair prices.

GMC Yukon 2003 XL AC service. Paid for a full diagnostic to determine the compressor failed had part replaced for $700. 2wks later no pressure in system. Brought back and found that o-rings may have twisted when repair was performed. Called by shop and told problem corrected. 30 min later I get a call back and now I have a major leak in the condenser and the fix will be $800. I bring truck to another mechanic who tells me the air dryer was not replaced. This will void my parts warranty if the compressor fails, similar to getting an oil change and not replacing the filter. Mechanic #2 tells me this shop hires transient labor and they work on commission. Doesn't take a genius to figure out what they were attempting. It's been 2 months since my supposed major leak, I've tested pressure in system and it hasn't change. Can't recommend Pembroke Radiator.

I definitely felt I could trust the staff at Pembroke/Tirrell Radiator, for maintenance as well as major repair. It's a small shop, so they can't take a lot of jobs at once, but they're trustworthy and know what they're doing.
