These people put my deceased father in a run down mortuary in the ghetto with no roof and massive water damage. In trying to correct this they refused to answer our calls instead passing us on to 2 separate intermediaries whose only concern was the cost and convenience to them. This after assuring my parents that their services would be of comfort and no burden to their descendents. I am absolutely horrified at their callous treatment of my mother and my family in this worst time.

I do not know if this company provides good services or not; however, I do know that they have sent solicitation materials regarding cremation services to my 10 YEAR OLD GRANDSON. Imagine the resulting conversation . . . nice way to start a Saturday, right? I cannot believe that a company that would be so careless in their advertising would be any more competent at funeral services.
