Praises to the sushi chefs at Arami for fresh and artistic sushi presented as beautifully as they were delicious. However of all that we ordered The ZUKE MAGURO GANI still lingers in my memory like a masterfully composed rhapsody performed to perfection, exactly as the original composer imagined. Amazing! Do not miss it.

I don't think this place deserves a Bib Gourmand. The food is way overpriced with small portions, and does not necessarily taste better than any other sushi place. The Toro tartare bite was minuscule for the $5 that it cost.

Had a variety of hot and cold dishes. Nothing was bad, but nothing stood out that much either. Highlights were the pork robata and the kampachi sake maki roll. The kim chee ramen and sweet potato yasai were average at best. Service was very good.

Fantastic sushi. Sit at the sushi bar and watch the chefs work their magic as you get some of the best nigiri. Highlights include the sea urchin, salmon and red snapper. Skip the toro starter and get the nigiri instead. Their branded sake is not to be missed either.

Amazing sushi, very high quality. There's probably marginally better places in Chicago, but those are extremely expensive and high end down town types. This is by no means cheap, but very excellent quality and value. Ask for some hand rolls, they are awesome.

Love this place. The sushi is just as good if not better than the best places in town, without all the hype and rushed service of places like Sunda and Japonais. Just great sushi with attentive service in a relaxing environment.

Great food - the sushi, the noodles and the salads are all fantastic. The serving size is just right. Overall a wonderful experience.
