Get a Bird’s-Eye View of Destin Harbor With Our Aerial Tour

Today I have a special treat for you—an aerial tour of Destin Harbor. Growing up in Destin made it my favorite place along the coastline. Boating Magazine voted Destin as the No. 1 place in the country to both live and boat, and for good reason. In addition to the harbor itself, there are some great beaches to explore, several wonderful restaurants you can float to by boat, and many other sights and activities to enjoy. To see the full aerial tour of Destin Harbor, watch my latest video. http://ownemeraldcoast.com/get-a-birds-eye-view-of-destin-harbor-with-our-aerial-tour.html

Great news for the Emerald Coast

I’ve got a quick update for you today. We took a look at the numbers from a ton of different markets around the Emerald Coast for the last few years and discovered a lot of things. For example, the 30A West area seems to be catching up with 30A East. Sale prices in 30A West were up over 17% in just one year. To get the full rundown of where prices are at in every corner of our market, watch this short video. http://ownemeraldcoast.com/the-emerald-coast-market-continues-to-improve.html

We recently had a wonderful team retreat to Port St. Joe, which is also known as “Florida’s forgotten coast.” Port St. Joe is home to long, sandy beaches and some of the most beautiful untouched nature in the state. It was great for us to get out of the office setting for a little while, and we’re back in the office more ready than ever to serve our clients. To learn more about this tip, watch our latest video. http://ownemeraldcoast.com/a-recap-of-our-amazing-retreat-in-port-st-joe.html

Making Memories Through Real Estate

I love working in real estate. One of the best things about my job is the people that I get to meet and the memories we share. I recently got back from an amazing vacation with three of my past clients. We went to Bella Coola, one of the most remote mountain ranges in the world, to ski and snowboard. To learn more, watch this short video.

Paradise in Northwest Florida

There are a lot of great places to explore in Northwest Florida, and Defuniak Springs is one of them. This is a beautiful area with tons of countryside, and it’s only an hour north of the beach. Defuniak Springs was recently rated one of the best small towns in the Southeast. To see a brief tour of Defuniak Springs, watch this short video.

Sitting Down With Mike Ragsdale of 30A.com

Today I’m very honored to be interviewing a special guest—Mike Ragsdale, owner and founder of 30A.com. How 30A.com began and went on to become fully developed is a great story that I’m excited to be able to share with you. Mike originally bought the 30A.com domain name to be his blog, but he built it over the years into the business it is today. His company is more than just dollars and cents, though—it’s a lifestyle brand. To learn more about how 30A.com came to be, watch my latest video. - http://ownemeraldcoast.com/sitting-down-with-mike-ragsdale-of-30a-com.html
