he 2012 Fashion Fights Poverty Dress Responsibly Gala is our most ambitious presentation yet!

FFP has seen an influx of extraordinary new talent in 2012, including producer Violetta Markelou, whose artistic vision includes themes of ecology and consumption paired with exquisite beauty and modern dance during the runway experience.

Fashion Fights Poverty Model Call: Saturday Feb. 25th at Artisphere Upper Level Co-Zone.

Fashion Fights Poverty is hosting a model call Saturday 2/25 from Noon to 3:00 PM at Artisphere (1101 Wilson Blvd) Upper Level Co-Zone in Arlington, VA.

There are parking garages within close proximity of Artisphere. The Rosslyn metro (Blue/Orange lines) is about a block away.

Bring a comp card and, if possible, photo portfolio for review and resume.

Female models auditioning should bring 3" to 4" heels, wear a little black dress or skinny jeans and a fitted shirt. Hair and Make-Up should be natural. Hair can be pulled back or out of face.

Male models auditioning should bring dressy yet casual closed-toe shoes, wear jeans or trouser and a dressy yet casual shirt.

It is important to note the following:

* Female models auditioning must be at least 5'6" barefoot.
* Male models auditioning must be at least 5'10" barefoot.
* All models auditioning must have previous, demonstrable, verifiable runway experience.
* It is FFP policy for any models auditioning who are 18 and under to have a parent or legal guardian present at the audition.
* Models must be available Friday 3/30 and Satuday 3/31.
