Key take away from this clip-keep active! Also it’s never too late to get active if you’re not already. If your not sure how to start, simply walking for 20 min, 3 days per week and swing your arms to increase your heart rate. Progress to a longer walk (30, then 45 min) then begin to add in resistance (weight) exercises.
