My MacBook Pro died on Friday night. If you know anyone who can use it for parts, please share my eBay listing. You'll be helping a writer get a computer that works.

My friend and I found this place on Google because we were in the area. I had a jumbo hot chocolate that was mega sweet. The barista was really friendly and I'll come here again when I'm in the area. It's got hipster coolness.

I came here after a seminar because I wanted something quick, cheap and open. I ordered sizzling beef in black bean sauce on noodles and experimented with iced honey lemon. The staff were friendly and the food arrived on my table a couple of minutes after I ordered it. The serving was large and tasted great. It's a place I'm going to come back to when I need to eat late.

Caught up with an old friend for coffee. The staff here are friendly and helpful without asking you to often what you need. They greet you, find out what you need and then are invisible until you need them when they suddenly appear. The coffee was tasty.

I come here often. The idea is to pay what you think the meal is worth or what you can afford. If you have no money, pay nothing. But if you do have money, be generous. It's more intimate than the their sister restaurant at the Abbotsford Convent.

My partner and I came here for lunch after a movie and got food and drinks for both of us for just over $10. The service was professional and the food was ready instantly.
