My boyfriend and I have come to this CPK several times this past year and each time have had great experiences. Service is great and the food amazing. He tries a different pizza each time and hasn't disappointed him yet.

I love the various combinations and different pizza types. Also the fact that the pizzas are so lite on cheese makes them even better. Good ambience, good food, good service.

Wasn't that impressed with what I had, but I would probably give it another shot.

I recently ate at the CPK in Grapevine, Texas off Hwy 114. I have had some bad dining experiences in my time, but this one tops them all. On a Saturday night with a 5 minute wait (very reasonable) to get seated, this was by far the worst service I have ever paid for. Once seated, we weren't greeted by our "server" for several minutes. When he did make it by, the "greeting" came out in the form of a rushed "hi, can I get you some drinks?". No need to apologize for the wait or to explain that he's busy. Those drinks took a least 5 minutes to get back to us. When we ordered, I had a couple of simple questions. No big deal, the guy could work a pen and paper, so we were all set there. This is where it took it's turn for the worse.: -My server never refilled my drink again, when we did get refills, they came from other servers. -The salads we ordered came out only when I stopped the other server getting our drinks, and asked about them. They came quickly, obvious sitting out waiting to be delivered. -The pizza took nearly 40 minutes to get to us. The server in a quick pass blamed the kitchen for the wait. Once delivered, we were less than impressed with the overall quality when compared to their competitors like Fireside Pies. -The meal for two which was really one 10" pizza, 2 side salads, and 2 sodas, came to $30. I guess in the days of $4 gas and $5 foot-longs, value is in the eye of the beholder. I personally felt like I overpaid for what I got. Overall it was the kind of experience that compels people like me (who have never written a review until now) to get online and warn the masses. The service was terrible, the food is just OK, and the atmosphere was forgettable. I would gladly recommend the previously mentioned Fireside Pies to anyone looking for great pizza, consistently good service, and a nice atmosphere.
