Received a raffle mailer in the mail. The offer said if you match two dollar amounts you win the prize. I matched 2,500 on both sides of the mailer. After matching the dollar amount I read the fine print on the back to ensue this wasn't deceptive advertising. I also called the phone number on the upper right hand side of the mailer and provided my verification code. The person on the line said congratulations you won. I asked what did I win. He said I cannot tell what you won, just that your confirmation number shows you won something. At this point my BS meter is going off. I hung up abd drove down to the dealership. Upon arriving I asked for Kyle. A bald white gentleman wearing a cheap green shirt and we'll worn black slacks approached my car. He noticed that my car was a foreign make and I wasn't interested in buying a car. Immediately I told him that I was there to see Kyle and claim my winnings. After ten minutes of BS the guy wrote down my address, told me the mailer I received qualified me for a drawing for 25k. I told him that this was deceptive business practice and you should be ashamed wasting my time and your time. He said he's been doing this crap all day telling people lies. He gave me a Walmart gift card for an unknown denomination. If you receive any mailer from this dealership throw it away!! If they're pulling this crap on non customers just imagine what they're doing to their actual customers. I suggest you find another reputable dealership to spend your hard earned money because this dealership is SHADY!

This place provides the worst service i have ever had. My 2012 jeep was having problems Check engine light on and driveability issues and was still under warranty. It only took four trips in to get it fixed. Now i understand that things happen and sometimes the fix may not be on the first time it was a unique issue, but it was the service writter that was so full of s*&t it was crazy. Little did he know i am an ASE Master certified Automotive Technician and i have been working professionally for 15 years so i called him out on all of it. He was trying to tell me that it wouldnt be covered and i had to pay out of pocket. So then I even told him i would go down there to see what he was talking about and he quickly changed his tune. He told me he mixed up my paper work with another jeep...yea F&^%*^g right. I will never go here again or send anyone there!

I was just 20 days over my 5 year warranty of my 2010 dodge caliber.Jeff from Amoco in Anaheim refereed me to get service done by Chrysler. When I arrived I was help by George who took the time to call the dealership and work out a deal to get me some help because my warranty just passed. Of course he got it taken care of. I don't know anything about cars and I took up the manger Moe time and he told me everything I need to know so this wont happen again to my car. The service was 10 out of 10. Moe even help me get a low rate on the rental car. and help me get a price on my car because I asked him what options I have. He was honest and gave me real good advice on my options. I decided to fix my car and I'm very happy him and his team took care of me IF you need work done this is the place and you might be lucky enough to get George or Moe to help you. these guys with above and beyond to do whatever it takes to make me happy. I got a great deal and I got a great place to go for my oil changes.

Lives up to the ratings and reviews. My service agent Daniel really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and I was. Very inviting and friendly. Kept me updated on my car status and called me the moment it was ready for pick up

Premier is great dealership. We drove a long way to purchase a car from them and it was definitely worth it. Mel had everything ready for us and the whole experience was very quick, efficient, and pleasant. Who can say that buying a car? Everyone we had the pleasure of dealing with was very nice and accommodating. We got a great deal on the car and financing went off without a hitch. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car because of how valued you feel as a customer. Thank you Mel and the whole premier team!

I'm typically skeptical about "service" at a dealership. However, I couldn't be more pleased of the customer service and vehicle service that I received from Premier Jeep. I called George San Martin and asked how busy they were...I don't have a lot of time to wait around. He assured me that they would be able to look at my Jeep the same day. George also assured me that they have concierge vehicles should I need it. George met me when I drove up, called me to discuss what needed to be serviced on my Jeep and let me use their loaner car until my service was complete. I'm very happy with George and the whole team at Premier. Keep up the good work. Happy Customer in Whittier

I'll have to say with dealership was FANTASTIC during the purchase, however after that it all when down hill. I don's think I'll ever purchase a car, SUV, truck from them again!
