What social listening tools do you use ?

Read this then think about your own social media listening strategies, and evaluate other social media listening tools before deciding on which #SOCIALLISTENING TOOLS you will use in your social LISTENING strategies.

Social listening is a very big issue, and it even has an influence on your #SERP or Search Engine Results Pages. This influence comes in the form of better depth of tread for your #SEMANTICFOOTPRINTS, for your desired set of keywords, that are inserted into the <HEAD> section of your blog and web pages, when links to these digital assets are included in your comment streams as part of your #LINKBUILDING STRATEGIES.

Most folks do not include this in their thinking around link building, but links to your digital assets from within the social media comment streams carries an awful lot more weight than most realise, especially when your SEO TEAM has taken. The time to explain the power of cross platform marketing within the social media environment where posts with good comment streams are marketed in other social media platforms in a manner that it introduces new entrants to the conversation and keeps the comment streams active for more than seven days.

Any social media conversation that is sustained for seven days or more seems to get rather nice flows of SEO JUICES and improves the SERP of the original web page or blog post that was used as a lead to generate that social media conversation. This is really powerful link building tactic, where you can use other folks conversations in very powerful ways to add value to your own online content. It does how ever require that you remain on topic and discuss relevant issues that add value to the conversation where you add a link to your content in the comment streams.

This is really powerful, but does require some discretion, and you do need to be topic specific, and ensure that your comment in the comment streams makes good #SEMANTIC sense as well as adding true value to the conversation in question. If you are an author, publisher or content creator, and use a profile that search engines can link you to the content where you discuss semantically similar or semantically connected content , then this is even more powerful as it adds true value to your personal #SEMANTICFOOTPRINT . This improves your #STFSEOVI or Semantic Trust Factor Search Engine Optimization Value Indicators rather substantially, and has a knock on impact of lifting all your content, where ever you have an input as an author, publisher or contributor, considerably in the SERP's.

This is powerful beyond telling, and I suggest that you do the experiments yourself, as there are many so called SEO EXPERTS who have no clue about the Google Humming Bird algorithm which is the main peanut in the packet when it comes to #SEMANTICMARKETING. These so called SEO EXPERTS will shoot down and attempt to villify me for saying this, so do the checking yourself. Do a little social listening, find a conversation in your niche that is ongoing, and older than seven days, then comment with a link to one of your social media assets that expands that conversation in meaningful ways, and test the results e dry day for a week.

PS. Have a web page or blog post on mind before you start and check this page in the SERPS regularly every day for a while before you do this experiment.
