Very friendly and helpful staff...they're all very knowledgeable about cars and their mechanical workings. They know me by name (even though I've only been there twice), their prices are relatively reasonable, and their work is high quality. The biggest thing I like about them, though, is their respect for their customers' time and money. Nippon was able to reseal my whole engine AND change the timing belt in less than 4 hours. It took a local Toyota dealer 5 hours to turn rotors on my Tundra (that I had already removed from the truck for them) and even then, it was a mediocre job. They're honest and upfront, which is hard to find these days! Nippon is the only place I'll take my car to, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new Japanese import shop.

I do have to say I overall prefer Best Buy over other retailers that sell the same items (Sears, Walmart, etc) to begin with, and the Oro Valley store solidifies that opinion. Everyone is very helpful and friendly, whether in the store or on the phone. They also keep a good stock of all their items. On top of all that, the prices are competitive. I recently bought a washer and dryer from them, and have yet to see a price come anywhere close to the deal we got at Best Buy. Great store, great people, highly recommended.

Their shell gas is very high quality, service is good and the pump areas are well-lit and clean. The one drawback is the car wash -- it never seems to work! I've been there on multiple occasions to wash my truck and the wash is either out of order completely, or it does not deliver the wash you paid for, thus requiring you to go inside and waste more time to run your vehicle through twice or more. Overall, its good...fix the car wash and it would be 5 stars.

This station is consistently over priced horrendously on fuel, and when you venture inside its not much different. The inside staff is usually unpleasant or unprofessional as well.
