I may have gone a bit overboard with the landscaping. Raised wooden pathways, a planted pond with fish and frogs, very targeted irrigation (to avoid waste and overwatering)... a fun mix of modern and natural. "Tranquil Oasis" is my realtor's doing but she's not far wrong :)

The inside has also been recently remodeled with black granite counters, new stainless appliances and tons of other touches that make this place stand out in the Sunnyvale area.
