Kiefer Mazda is something special and that is mostly because of the staff. Ryan and Fadi have helped me get into a house literally. Every other dealership turned me away and they went above and beyond what I thought they would to make it happen. I will always recommend them to anyone shopping for a car. Thanks guys!

I don't know why I continue to go back there. I never end up buying a car from them and always get a deal from Kiefer or Lithia Dodge. The sales guys over the years Oliver and recently Tim Mahn have been great. Even the guy that stepped up to help out when Tim was assisting another client was awesome. Its the numbers guy Sam that sucks so back. If they try sticking you with him tell them you would rather someone else help you out. I admit, my situation I presented them was sucky and they got me approved for a truck that I wanted, however the numbers are nuts and they refused to budge even when I came up a lot on my budget. They value my car more on the previous day than the day I came in to make a deal, which pissed me off so much. He comes in and just hands me a paper. Doesn't explain anything and just says, I am surprised you even got approved for this, like it was a take it or leave it offer. I came up on my amount I could pay monthly by a considerable amount and they only came down $15.00. I don't have time to play silly games. They could have told me all this over email instead of saying they have good news and getting me to come down for the crappy offer. Remember the name Sam and avoid him. I am going to Kiefer, you guys should too and talk to Ryan Loveless and Fadi the numbers guy. Outstanding guys over there. Sam Sucks...

There was a goof on my license plate with my recent purchase, but they fixed it, and were very nice about it. They found a lender locally that offered a very good rate. The whole process was pretty good overall.

We go to quackers because it is walking distance to watch duck games. We are no longer welcome to quackers and here is our story. Quackers is a decent bar if you want to watch duck games which is why we were there. We have been going there twice prior to tonight with substandard service. We tip according to the service provided. Normally the service is very slow even when it is not busy. Tonight, 9/29/12, the service was the worst to date. One friend was id'd 4 times in the first 10 minutes we were there, it's ok we look pretty young and they apparently can't do basic math. We waited an hour to even take our order and her name was Erin. She was not friendly. The drinks tasted like the cheap drinks we always order and the waitress brought our drinks in a decent amount of time. Our food took forever and our fries were not "garlic fries" even after asking twice. To cut short my novel of a review we left 0% tip. They were not respectful, was short with replies, and the service took forever. After we paid our tab we promptly left. We had a $106.00 tab of primarily beer pitchers. The bald headed bartender that is normally very nice chased after us to ask why we didn't tip. We stated the service was bad from the start and that tips are not mandatory and are based on performance andfriendliness. The argument never got heated and we stated our opinion logically and calm. We told him that we have lower paying medical jobs that don't receive tips, he got offended and said we were not welcome, I kid you not, we are not welcome because we didn't tip for bad service. My friends will be leaving reviews and I will follow up with the new owners. David, the guy with three others that didn't tip. (I happily tip great and mediocre service)
