Avele Malepeai: If I could put ZERO stars I would, Had my engine swapped twice. The first time was because the engine was knocking. The second time it was the same problem but supposedly there was a different oil filter that caused the engine to seize. It wouldn't of had to be swapped if the safety inspection was as good as they said it was. Now the manager wants me to pay $473 to take care of half the engine costs. Also, The customer service is always horrible and they always think of themselves NOT the customer! I would rather buy a car from a complete stranger off craigslist rather then buy a car from here ever again, that's what I should've done in the first place!
Loren Jones: First of all I rate the car I bought and the excellent service I received a very strong 5. I live in the valley so I got to drive my 2006 Nissan Sentra back home. I enjoyed that ride so much I didn't want to go home, so I went to the store instead. Donnie Atkinson never pressured me, but he did work hard at getting the price I could afford. I am telling everyone about Red, White, and Blue! Auto! Sales!
