February 1 and still waiting for my for my insurance card and correct bill. The representatives are nice enough, but can't seem to resolve issues. "Computer glitches..." I am so sorry I had to take this insurance again under the marketplace. They have MAJOR customer service issues. I had them two years ago and it has not gotten any better.

Waiting on perma-hold as I type this. All in an effort to simply update my primary care physician. Not bargain insurance either. This costs my family 1200 per month for two middle aged adults and two 8-10 year old children. All in perfect health. I dont blame IBC entirely, I place most blame on the people who have taken advantage of the system for so many years showing up at ERs for general health care. I blame the flaming idiot liberals and others who think we should all be equal in society. We'll we are getting there. Looks like we are all equally miserable. Hows that for hope and change? You asked for it, you got you dopes.

Awful! They sent me a bill for $330 for my annual GYN exam. They stated that my premiums were not paid on time. I sent them all of my bank statements. Meanwhile, they accomplished nothing at all. My bill went to collections. I even called prior to my visit to make sure everything was in place, as I had another issue with their customer service in the past. After paying $1168.00/month in premiums, they did nothing for me. I wonder where all of that money went?

The customer service truly is miserable. Heaven forbid that you should pass away while having paid in advance for your premium. My aunt carried Medicare supplement Plan B with this company. It has been four months since we filed the proper paper work (after her passing), yet we still have not received a refund of her premium overpayment. As the executor of her estate, I have given IBX the proper paperwork at least twice. Finally, a week ago, I hand carried all necessary documentation to their Market Street office and was reassured that all necessary paper work was filed. Still no refund, no processing of UNPAID claims. Today, when I called their customer service, I was told that they could see my record of communication attempts, that I had given the correct paperwork, but that they could not talk to me about details because the Hippa form though received had not been "imaged". YIKES!!!

This so called insurance company wants to force me to have my prescription which is a controlled dangerous substance mailed to my house. I do no live in a safe neighborhood. If some child steals it are they liable? Is it even legal to do this? What if they die? Who makes these crazy decisions. I called and all I get is that's the plan for you. Future scripts. Blah blah. How is it you get to mail meds that areCDS? Are you crazy? I am calling a lawyer you should be indited.

My insurance changed so I had no choice but to use E-scripts for all my monthly prescriptions. This apparently requires the insurance co to contact my Drs office every time there's a refill.. But if the dr office doesn't answer guess what ? No refill. I spent 2 weeks calling ins & dr office, paid out of pocket at the pharmacy just to get through, & still no prescription. The customer service reps did nothing but transfer & put me on hold, asking the same questions over & over & it was a huge mess. If I want to walk into a pharmacy for my scrip I should be able to do so!

The worst company and customer service I have ever dealt with. I have paid timely for two years and they have stated I am behind $10,000. I have gone to my bank and had ordered print outs of all transactions with IBX. IT SHOWS I HAVE NOT MISSED A PAYMENT AND YET THEY CANCELLED ME AND REFUSED TO PAY ANY MEDICAL BILLS. I can get anyone to help not even the accounting department. Every time I call, they say they will review and call me back. However, they bill me again showing I am thousands behind. No one will look at my payment history that I emailed to accounting dept. It is disgraceful!!! What are they doing with my money. THey are not crediting me with all my payments and they are not paying my bills. Who do you go to for help. HELP HELP HELP

Paid my premiums fully and on time for the first 6 months of 2015. Ibx canceled my insurance, accused me of being delinquent, and asked all my doctors to pay back the claims that were already paid, because my coverage was supposedly canceled prior to time of service. How can my coverage be canceled and I get labeled delinquent and be billed for every month from January through June? Many calls to Customer Service resulted in a lot of promises but nothing happened. After contacting appeals, I got cryptic message, from an appeals representative, telling me to call customer service and ask them to correct the issue!! In short, IBX has the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life and I sincerely regret ever signing up with them. I have now reached the point where I am involving the State Insurance Department in an attempt to resolve the issue.
