Dear Mitch,

You've used your power and influence in an open attempt to see that this nation's government will be by your people, of your people, and for your people. I don't actually have any idea who your people are but it doesn't matter. Our Constitution was designed to keep that from happening. Our nation's founders wanted this nation's government to be by all the people, of all the people, and for all the people. By attempting to thwart and circumvent the Constitution you've made yourself a traitor to this nation and to the principals upon which it has grown to be a major world power. I haven't the power to punish you for your treasonous crimes but as a voter I may have the power to help end your abuse of this nation and its people. Be assured that I will exercise that power and encourage my friends to do likewise. $.02

I don't often post on G+ and I guess that is a problem for Google but I still view posts on G+ every day. To me, Twitter is a "Pop" network filled with "fluff" which is mostly useless. Facebook is great for keeping up with family, real-world friends and musicians but it's also a lot like a grade school playground with a lot of immature behavior, ridiculous rumors and false information being passed off as facts. Not that there aren't a few idiots on G+ but it's still more stable and mature than any other social network I've seen.

I sure thought I'd shared this here but couldn't find it when I went looking for a link to share on another platform. Took me a while to find it.

Hum is a problem with strat copies. Single coil pickups are low on immunity to nearby electrical fields, especially from high voltage noise sources like the power supplies used by neon lights. Here's a solution I've used in the past.

I've had my music theory tut posted to this group for a while but I had to make a printable document for a student who doesn't know how to use a computer so I thought I'd go all modern and stuff. So now it's available as a public document on my google drive for viewing/downloading/printing as a LibreOffice ODT file...

Need to send money to a friend (in the US) in a hurry? I just had to figure this out and I think it's pretty cool so I want to pass it on. Go to walmart dot com, buy a store brand gift card and send it to your friend's email address. There'll be a bar code in the email that will scan at the register in a Walmart store. They can use it to buy stuff or just buy a prepaid debit card. Whatever, anything you can buy at a walmart you can buy with a gift card and there's no fee to the buyer like there is if you use Western Union (or if you bought them a prepaid brand name card like Mastercard or American Express).
