Beer was good for a micro pub. The food for our table of 6 was terrible. It was all either burnt to a crisp or under-cooked (Mahi Fish Taco's) Not a good first impression. Beer - Was very good and had some really unique tastes to the ones we tried. Food Entrees - Was NOT good at all. Burgers and Chicken overcooked and burnt. Fish was clearly frozen and then grilled which looked okay until you bit into a mushy raw center. Kids Entrees - they where okay for fried food and fruit. Soups - These are very good although they tasted prepared by a food services company. Bread bowls tasted good as well but they left way to much bread and didn't fill them with enough soup. Over all I give them a solid 2 stars. Great for an after work brew or an appetizer during shopping but that is about it.

Stopped after airport pickup ... How bad could it be??? BAD! Bad service BAD food. GREASY as all heck fried calamari which we waited forever to get as our server was apparently LOST. 2 mins later our burgers arrived with the orders screwed up which we couldn't get fixed because once again our server was MIA. Ketchup?? What's that we had to hunt that down ourselves and could only find a empty bottle. Wait where wax our server?? Don't know! She finally shows up to ask if we want more drinks. Ok..thus us where it gets really bad, she comes back with drinks and physically takes my straw with her grimy fingers and puts it in my new drink!!! WHAT!!!!!! TOTALLY DISGUSTED. Overrated and 12 hours later still tasting the nasty burger

NOTHING! The drinks were awful. 4 of 5 dinners we're not prepared correctly, even after sending them back AND we waited over 30 minutes to get it in the first place. We spoke to the management and they only took off one meal on the check. Do not waste your time or money!!

March 27 2015 7pm. Appetizer was delivered to the wrong table and we were waiting a long time. Somehow, the floor manager realized what had happened, possibly the waitress told him. He came to the table, gave us the appetizer for free and drive after that was great. Excellent follow up. Food was very good as always.

Been there twice and both times the experience is just okay. Waiter had no personality at all, and wasn't helpful. If asked a question answered "I don't think so". got the deep pan pizza to share, and it was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. There was not a drop of sauce on it, and had absolutely no taste. Too many restaurants around that try much harder than this to bother wasting your money here.

Love deep dish pizza, but not BJ's. Worst pizza experience in a long long time. Ordered take out. Wrong ingredients when I got there. Manager very helpful and got the pie remade very quickly, but I made a huge mistake because I was now running late and didn't inspect in store. In summary, an absolutely wretched "deep dish" pizza. Why? First, how can deep dish pizza be a half inch thick... year I actually measured. Second, how can a pie with supposedly 5 cheeses only have one or two strands of cheese per slice. One slice actually had no cheese at all. Third, maybe a teaspoon of sauce on the entire pie. Fourth, dough not complete baked... probably because they messed up first pie, but still should be fully baked. I strongly recommend you avoid BJ pizza. My first experience at BJ's will be my last.

Wanted something light and went with the grilled chicken sandwich w/salad, my mate some ribs and a salad. His salad was delivered promptly, while I waited. My salad came on the same plate as the sandwich, and was 1/3 the size of a normal salad. Other than the greens everything was minced. Nice flavor, but again...small. The chicken sandwich was well made, held together well in the bread, and wasn't rubbery. We arrived when they opened at 11:00 due to work schedules. It filled up halfway by the time noon came, so seating/service on a Thursday wasn't of issue. Free WiFi, only requires you to click through two buttons without having to provide your email address. We sat at a table, didn't notice if there were power outlets at the booths. Pricing seemed reasonable for the quality of the food.

Service was awful, with the exception of the server. The hostess was rude to me, stating she would only call our party's name twice: "You better be listening because I'm only calling your name twice." Once seated, we were not asked for our drink orders until ten minutes had passed. Then we sat for an hour waiting on food. The server was polite and clearly had nothing to do with our misfortunes, but I would not recommend this to anyone.
