Hi, thanks for the invite. I'm just starting out my garden and I must say it can be Alot of work. I have growing right now taro, cherry tomatoes, sweet potatoes and round eggplant. I still want to add beef tomatoes, manoa lettuce, green and Maui onion and different types of herbs. I also have an avocado, coconut, papaya and mango tree. Why buy when you can grow. I'm also in the process of getting my aquaponics system going so I can also raise fish to eat. Hawaii is is good for gardening because the climate is the same almost all year.

This batch of taro is mostly to harvest leaves. So the taro doesn't need as much water as if I was going to harvest root also.
