"Spirituality and power are really two concepts that are inimical to one another, because to put it simply: where you will find raw power you will find little or no spirituality, and where you will find spirituality you will find little or no raw power. Spirituality Ireland is a site that aims to encourage discussion and debate around Spirituality in Ireland and abroad.
Introduction

Spirituality Ireland is a site that aims to encourage discussion and debate around Spirituality in Ireland and abroad. While we recognise that it is hard to define Spirituality we are willing to accept all definitions and none of this. We are willing to discuss religious, humanistic, agnostic and other views and of course those with no views on spirituality.

One definition of Spirituality we do like though, is “preoccupation with what concerns human inner nature” or “Socrates’ inwardness, integrity, and inquisitiveness”- H.R. Finch.

As you may have guessed from the title we are based in Ireland, but we are open to contributions from abroad and we look forward to discussing these issues with you.
