PYR Presents: Learn More! Mat and Page: A Workshop for Yogis and Writers of All Ages
Saturday, July 19, 3-6pm
Yoga is a vehicle for many things, including innovation and creativity. Join Dana Walters, ERYT-500, and Gigi Amateau, yogini and author of COME AUGUST, COME FREEDOM, for this journey through the practice of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), and dharana (meditation). Learn how these three “limbs” of the Eight Limb path of yoga can help you connect mat and page, tap into the flow of your creative mind, and find that place inside that is always wild and free! Workshop is open to teachers, yogis, and writers of all ages, especially those aged 14-16 and up. Asana practice will be appropriate for all levels.
Cost: $30.  Must pre-register and pre-pay by 7/16.

Inspiring words from the always-inspiring +Stacy Hawkins Adams! Happy Tuesday!

When it's your season, it's your season. In the meantime, stay focused; work smart, and view your current circumstances as sowing time.
While you're waiting, celebrate others' success. The power and beauty in their journeys should encourage you. There's plenty to go around, and your unique and designated time IS coming - believe and prepare. ~ Stacy Hawkins Adams
