Everyone else has had awesome experiences but ours was absolutely miserable. We went with a group of 10. We were seated quickly and got our drinks quickly but it took forever to get our order placed. When we did get the order, every one of our meals was char-broiled into something more like a small hockey puck than a burger. Additionally, they forgot most of our fries and the ones we got were cold. We complained and they were going to give us a discount on desert if we wanted it. My wife wrote the owner and manager an email and NEVER heard back on it. It might be an excellent place but they suck at recovering from a bad performance. I will not be back....ever.

Great experience. My burger was tasty, and the service was terrific. The ambient noise was a little loud, but that is part of the atmosphere of the restaurant. My daughter said her veggie burger was the best she'd ever had.

Awesome! !!! Load fries have pulled pork on them with cheese and jalapeño doesn't get any better than THAT!!! I also had a spicy bison burger with a pretzel bun wonderful! !! The water comes in a tall glass container, it fits right in with the industrial them of the building and decor . .. I will be going back again! !!!!!!!

This place is like a high quality steak and shake. It's really good and the decor in here is very cute. Awesome milkshakes and all their ice cream is homemade. I will definitely be back! Their pretzel bites are very yummy!

After reading the reviews on this place I was really excited about trying their burgers. The decor of the place was amazing. The service was great due to the amount of people who were there during the lunch time rush. Now to the food. I ordered the Smoke Bomb burger and had bacon added. The combination of ingredients really brought out the taste of the burger. The only reason why i give them an okay score is because of the size of the burgers. I know they are gourmet which in my eyes, I expect better quality meat and toppings. But in this case I received a smaller sized burger on a complimentary sized bun. Now there is what I call the "burger to bun ratio". This refers to the size of the meat in ratio to where the bread ends. I was told they make their own bread which is delicious but the size of the smaller bun eludes me to think that I am getting overall smaller portions because the meat is centered in the middle and the otter ridges of the buns almost touch each other because of the absence of meat. I finished my meal that came with fries by the way but I was left with this somewhat empty feeling as for the money i spent on burgers, fries, and a lemonade that i should not have this feeling needing something else to satisfy my hunger. Maybe i should have ordered a milkshake instead of the lemonade.

We just had a great meal and was extremely disgusted after using the restroom. They have no sinks in the restrooms, disgusting! After we complained they say there is a community sink somewhere. I can't believe the city allows that.

If you love a good burger, shake or beer this is the spot. Prices are high but quality food and creative options make it worth it. Love the boose shakes and teas.

Our visit was 03/01/2015 about 3:30pm..... TERRIBLE PLACE...... Was a group of 4 of us, none of us liked it. Food was terrible, the water they bring you in the bottles was dirty. We each looked in our glasses and there was stuff floating in them. I don't know if it was from the water or the fact they leave the glasses up right on the tables for any and everything to float into. I have tasted burgers from Coast to Coast and this was hands down the worst. They don't even have american cheese. The waitress was rude as could be. Out of habit my girlfriend asked for a Mt. Dew that is what she always drinks. The waitress told her in a very sh*tty way that all we have is what is on the drink list at the back if you look. So,my girlfriend calmly at this point(this isn;t her, usually she would have tore the girls head off... no for real) said could i have a mello yellow then. The waitress told her we don't have mellow yellow. It was clearly on the menu and my girlfriend pointed this out. The waitress went on to say well I guess that is a misprint in the same rude way, so in my typical sarcastic girlfriend way she grabbed a marker from her purse, marked it off the menu and told her I guess you wont have anyone ask for it again. As I said it WAS clearly on the menu. Terrible food, terrible waitress now the worst part. It seems you have to be gay or extremely bi curious to be hired there. Now normally this wouldn't bother me as my girlfriend is bi and was strictly gay at one point in her life and my brother is gay and have many friends male and female that are and a few that are even professional drag queens. Here is the issue when I come into a restaurant to eat dinner I don't want to look over the upstairs railing and see the female (i think it was anyway) waitress and her girlfriend (again I think she was) making out at the bar below. This was 3 in the afternoon. By the way my son way leaving for the Marines and I wouldn't see him for 6-7 months and this was our last dinner together for awhile, so thanks much for ruining it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER AND IN FACT I AM GOING TO MAKE SURE THAT I TELL EVERY ONE I KNOW ABOUT THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THERE.
