Bhavesh Patel: The best way is keep a journal and move on. Rather than remind yourself. Start afresh somewhere. You'll be wiser from the past. When your children seek you out, and they will ask, let them read what occurred for themselves.
Children's Rights Florida: There are three types of government and/or court behavior that constitute family legal abuse: 1.) Family legal abuse is the set of human rights violations that stem from an unethical, immoral, and unconstitutional presumption on the part of judges, attorneys, and legislators that one of the two parties in a divorce must necessarily be treated with inequality. 2.) Family legal abuse is the set of human rights violations that result when overzealous social worker agencies seize children from good homes. 3.) Family legal abuse is the set of human rights violations that result when paternity fraud is encouraged, condoned, and incentivized by courts and legislators. I hope these three definitions are helpful to you as we continue to spread awareness of this widespread American tragedy.
Michael Valentine: 17th Day on Hunger Strike Hello Fathers for Justice,
My wife left me 17 days ago and took our girls with her.
I have been denied the right to see them and don't know where they are.
She took their passports with her so I assumed she was planning to leave the country.
I informed the police and social services but they just say she is in a safe place.
There has never been any suggestion of abuse or violence on my part.
I have stage 3 HS, which is a disease that has no known cause and no known cure.
I am in and out of hospital having operations to remove lumps.
On the day of my last operation she told me she hated me and regretted the day she married me.
When I came out, she was gone.
I have written to my Doctor explaining my reasons for the hunger strike and she is coming around this afternoon to explain the consequences.
If my life is to have meaning, I would like it to support your call for justice for fathers.
When she left and took our daughters with her, she also took my heart and broke my spirit.
We have been married for 13 years and our daughters are 11 and 7.
I have no money for solicitors to fight for access and to be honest, I don't have the strength to.
Let me know if you'd like to use my story to highlight your cause.
