A very specific brief was given with the space to be a very contemporary entertainment area that both complemented the existing garden and house.

The client brief was very open with the specification being to create a modern space that was a 'little different' to conventional designs whilst reflecting the clients job as a freelance artist.

The client brief was simply to create a cutting edge modern garden with contemporary sharp lines as a raised patio for relaxation.
Planting was a large feature with both existing plants and new plants required to be in the new space.

A very simple renovation to a very poor existing space.
The London Landscapes team stripped the space to ground level and installed rendered block work planters featuring cantilevered hardwood seating.
To keep the theme of a work/social space the seating was complemented by a matching table. The patio area was laid using high quality seamless limestone paving which contrasted with the Black Bamboo planting.
To finish the project the team ran a new lawn up to the new area and added a matching path.
