We enjoyed Iggy's. Nice environment and the food and service was good. But they really need to get a changing table in the men's bathroom. It is not the 1940's anymore and fathers do change diapers. They need a place to do so. Why would there just be one in the women's bathroom. Can a mom catch a break up in here! I mean really!

Yesterday we went to Iggy's Sports Grill because we had such a pleasant experience there the last two times we went. But did we get a surprise yesterday. Rene' ordered fish and chips, but she didn't get any chips (French fries). Her coleslaw had no flavor. It tasted like wilted, raw cabbage, and dirty cabbage at that. She couldn't cut her asperigase, and her fish was greasy. She wasn't sure it was even halabit. My hamburger was so juicy, I didn't know whether to chew it or drink it. The meat patty itself was so fall-apart that I figure it was meat loaf and not hamburger. There was no tomatoe slice in my hamburger, and when I asked for one, they charged me extra for it. We also had to wait for anyone to show up that we thought it may be closed, so we just sat down by the door and looked at the menu. We didn't leave a tip, and we are not going back there. There was one good thing. The fries were excellent and the waiter had a nice smile and good attitude.

our server anthony was absolutely amazing funny and seemed to truly care to make sure everything was great for us, the manager on the other hand was rude and arrogant. I have been there multiple times on business lunches and out with friends but as soon as I take my family, It turned into a completely different atmosphere, the manager was going to prove us wrong at any cost. (it had to do with a highchair) we almost all walked out and went somewhere else. I will never be back, because of the manager. the food was good for what you pay, the waiter was amazingly friendly, but the manager obviously needs a lesson in customer service, and according to a few other reviews I am not the only one that feels this way!

Went there to watch the Warriors vs Memphis game. It was a late game, ending at 11pm, which is when they close. It seemed like they wanted us to leave when the clock stuck 10. We weren't even done ordering all the food that we wanted...but we were never given the chance again, never asked if we wanted dessert. Food was pretty good, not complaint there. I just think the place could do a whole lot better if the waiters were trying to sell us food and if it were more of a sports grill feeling. They had no idea we were there to watch a game.

Iggy's used to be my favorite restaurant and a place I frequently dined. I went there last night and ordered a mug of beer. They apparently no longer serve mugs of beer. Whatever. So I ordered my favorite thing off their menu and the waitress came back and asked me to point it out to her on the menu. It's been taken off the menu, among other things. They apparently have re-done their entire menu. The changes have left a bad taste in my mouth about Iggy's. I will not be returning. They ruined my favorite place to eat. Everyone there seemed to be upset and the saying I kept hearing was "Let me ask my manager what he can do about that." To any of the employee's who read this... I would like to take this time to urge you all to go find new jobs cause your employer has ruined this opportunity for you and all of their customers. I know for sure that I won't be back.

Last time I went here with a couple of friends and the woman who delegates who sits where spoke with a couple of the waitresses to choose who wanted to serve us. It was obvious that they were hesitating on serving us since we were college student and they assumed that we wouldn't tip well. The manager was constantly walking around and make me feel like we were being watched which made our visit very uncomfortable. I will not support this restaurant because I think it's a joke.

Service and food were terrific! Visit was spoiled by manager Mike (a huge Heidi fan) who went absolutely ballistic when I, and everyone else in resturant couldn't believe he changed all channels in a SPORTS BAR to Rose Bowl pre-game at the moment a double (soon to be triple, but we didn't know that) overtime field goal was kicked! "I don't pay attention to what's on the screens. I don't care about sports." was his only reasoning... Ok, but we're not behaving like English soccer fans, so he really didn't need to go nuts and yell at all the patrons...

Michael, I apologize for the way you were treated by the manager during your visit. It unfortunately ruined what could have been a great experience. I'm happy to say that the Orem location is under new management and we hope to see you there and help you enjoy the next experience.
