Combining voiceover and our passion for music, our narration of the children's book "Mañana Iguana" was the 2010 winner of Notable Children’s Recordings! This was our first audio book voiceover and the original musical composition was done by Brian! http://ow.ly/Iv6h307SvlG

Defending women’s rights and empowering women are all part of a day's work! Two years ago, I was fortunate enough to record bilingual overdubs in English and Spanish for L’Oreal’s weekly international podcast series featuring the voices of their leaders from around the globe and my familia! http://ow.ly/yIfU307Sv17

When the movie "Hidden Figures" first came out, my family and I were first in line at the premiere! Around the same time, NASA reached out to my daughter Alisa and I to voice two female engineers to inspire young Latina scientists! We're so glad that the Academy Awards is noticing this incredibly important film tonight! Fingers crossed! http://ow.ly/MkGD308yxWx

This Black History Month, why not stop by the Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture (NMAAHC) in Washington, D.C.? Last year, as the museum was being built, my family and I were lucky enough to produce Spanish voiceovers for the Smithsonian mobile app! So, now you can hear Sonia, Brian and I guide you through the rich history of African-Americans in Spanish! We are tremendously honored that our voices are helping to make a difference in this way. http://ow.ly/KTAp309iiVt

Recording real life stories about Latino immigrants, the story of César Chávez, and poems authored by iconic Hispanic writers, allows our voices to inspire the next generation. Thanks to BookheadEd Learning, we were privileged to create narrations for high school learners! http://ow.ly/YHQC307SuGF

I'm thrilled to share this snippet of my #voiceover for this beautifully produced, eye-opening @WGBH recent #Alzheimers episode on NOVA. Special thanks to Sarah Holt of #HoltProductions for selecting my voice. I'm honored to help this cause. Voicing projects that reflect my values means the world to me. #documentary
