I know this book has been around for a little while, but I've finally got around to ordering it, and reading through it at the moment.

I agree with a lot of what I've read so far, and it's got some interesting perspectives on things.

One thing that struck a chord with me was the Why Grow section - it talks about being a small business, and how that can be a good thing. It's easy to get caught up in the feeling that a business has to have multiple employees / offices etc to be considered successful. However, each person's definition of successful is different, and doesn't need to fit the 'normal' definition in society.

This section encouraged me to step back and re-evaluate my own business, and what's actually important to me.

Good stuff!
