Dinning in at the restaurant was wonderful. Lovely food very good, and the root bear is delicious! Take out was also great when I went to pick it up. Food was hot and already. The Clam Chowder is to die for, the burgers are fantastic and the tarter sauce is perfection! I really LOVE this place! Though it can cost you a pretty penny it's worth it if you go during the School week early.

Been a few times and I'm pretty sure they use nothing but frozen food. Nothing seems fresh to me. Waiter was nice enough but very slow. We just ordered appetizers this time and was very disapointed! I understand it's not a seafood/italian restuarant so it's our own fault we ordered Calamari. It was just plan nasty! However, the slider's appetizer....wow, how could you mess up sliders.....somehow they managed to. I won't be back. Like I said, this is probably our 4th visit because everyone says how wonderful it is...I just don't see it.

The atmosphere is fun, the decor is pleasant, but when it comes to the food it sure seems like another TGI Fridays bar/grill chain with some sort of ego. This is nothing special. I was served rancid macaroni and cheese, and a cold calzone with CLEARLY packaged cubed chicken. I will not be returning.

Service was absolutely horrible. We were a party of 5 and the apps came out in parts and one was forgotten. The server never asked if we liked our food. My son ordered broccoli soup, which came out cold. When I wanted to sub fries for the chips, the server actually told me NO. Can you believe it? I told her I would oder what I wanted and she can charge me for the item, as I didn't ask for anything free. Our entrees also came out in parts, a BIG no no at a restaurant. The manager was no where to be found. This place will not be in service very long if this is what they call good customer service. The service really needs a make over! Maybe they should audition for Restaurant Stakeout, they could use the help. We will not come back.

Huge menu great food. Seeting can be a bit cramped at the tables. Just hold out for a booth.

I tried the house blonde and it was EXCELLENT. I also had the balsamic chicken which was to die for. It's not to overtly priced and is good for business or casual lunches.
