I agree, the first thing that greets you when you open the door is the foul odor. Then comes the staff that doesn't knowledge your arrival. They don't bother to look up to at lease give you a simple hello or smile. I had my mother there for almost 3 weeks, she was a transfer from the hospital for the physical therapy. My mother has always been very independent and doing things on her own, but within 3 days of her being there we noticed a change. She had become weak and scared asking us to please stay with her. She started making no sense in what she was saying. Repeating herself, crying on being alone all day. I asked the nurse "Chris" to let me know the medicine given to her. He wasn't sure and he would go check which took him almost 2 hrs. Finally he comes back and I noticed there was 3 different pain pills being given to her. I asked for one of them to be stopped since she is taking the other 2. The following day she was still being given that same pill. I spoke to the admin and the business director, in which that kept telling me to ask for a Anthony. (which is fine if that's the person I needed to talk to) but at lease show so kind of concern! I decided to spend the night to keep an eye.. it was Friday morning 8AM, nurse came in, woke my mom up and gave her pain medicine. Mom went back to sleep... 9AM another nurse came in with pain medicine. I stopped her and asked what she was giving my mother? She startd naming all her pills... blood pressure, thyroid and and pain pill.... I told her NO- does she look like she needs it! she was sleeping just fine and plus one of the other nurses already gave her Norco. The nurses are not on the same page with each other, overdosing my mom (not surprise if they were doing the same with the other patients). Eventually within time the medicine was being flushed out of her system. And she was back to normal. Another incident- while the time my mother was loopy with all the meds given to her.. she had used the restroom on herself. Nurse comes in to change her, instead of using wipes like any normal person she uses the ruff brown paper towels used for drying your hands to wipe her behind. My mother screamed in hurt! She had rashes and sores from the diapers and to use inappropriate supply's affected her securities in the nurses. I did report all this to upper management and they took it with a gain of salt. My mother will most definitely not be returning to this facility!!

Disappointing. The Odor is the first thing to greet you, minimal staff there the day I came, not enough to respond to those who were asking for help. The person I spoke with was nice to me. I came in on a weekend to scope the place out for my parent. It is located near Royale Oaks.

Park Manor is very clean it doesn't smell the care is so so the night nurses are very good I had my favorites on the 2nd wing they cared for my mother when she fell and broke her hip the days CNAs need to do their job better most of the time often it's hours before they come back and check on their patients they seem to be overworked understaffed or maybe just don't care I'm not sure which one but if you stay on them they do their job well if you don't it's questionable
