Antico has the best pizza that I've had in Atlanta, or anywhere else for that matter. It's a very authentic Italian-style pizza cooked at very high temperature in brick ovens. If you like food that's a little spicy, try the "Diavolo". That one is my favorite by far. If you come during lunch hour or on a weekend evening, be prepared to wait in line for a little while, both to order your food and then again to find a seat.

Great, cozy atmosphere. You're lucky if it isn't packed! Good pizza, good Italian music! Fun times! Ranked #2 in the country!!

Their menu has a Euro price, but they refused to take the euro's I had in my wallet. If you want to be cute and act Italian and put the euro price, you need to take Euros. The girl behind the register has quite rude when I tried to pay that way. VERY UPSET. That said, the pizza is AMAZING! You should go, but don't try to pay with Euros.

I didn't discover Antico until after a month long stay in Italy, and I was absolutely delighted to find pizza this good and that close to real Italian pizza. Although technically, if we're splitting hairs, they might not be the absolute closest reproduction of the Italian style (They certainly use more chest - not a bad thing!), the pizza is high quality and very tasty. There are a couple things to be aware of: Be aware that Antico's can get extremely packed. Although they are typically pretty fast, it does make it difficult to ensure date night goes well without having to stand awkwardly outside for half an hour. Also, as for seating options, you're encouraged to buy to go and walk across the street to the south for some nice outdoor seating and some limoncello. Thirdly, there's often a lot of buzz for Antico, so you might miss out on another gem that's right next door - Chicken Gio's! I highly suggest trying them if you make it out this way again.

If you want authentic Italian pizza, you MUST try Antico's pizza! The closest thing we've had to the real deal since our trip to Italy last summer. Check the peak time chart here on Google maps to see when you're most likely to have a wait. If you're doing take out, just call a few minutes ahead and you can pick it up without having to wait in line. If line is long, don't be discouraged because it moves fairly quickly. We took our pizza next door to Gio's Chicken to eat with friends, of course we ordered chicken there too.

My favorite pizza stop. I love Neapolitan pizza and this place is at the top of the food chain. A must try! It's picnic style seating and most of the dinning room is in the kitchen. It's cool you get to see them cook your pizza.

This is the best pizza I've had in Atlanta. Apparently everyone else thinks so too because it is always busy on the weekends and on week nights. The seating is long tables family style so be prepared to sit next to others. Also, It's on the pricey side, but if you can afford to visit, do!

The pizza was good! I was disappointed to see there were no salads on the menu. We had dessert at Antico Cafe next door and were very disappointed in the chocolate mouse cake. It had no flavor and was similar to eating wax. We also had Gelato and it was very good!
