+MindBodyGreen love the breathing video inset in this post! In Pilates we breathe more in to the back as opposed to expanding the diaphragm. But like the post says there are many different breathing techniques. Just get breathing! :)
I have only recently entered my 'almost recovered' stage and it had not occurred to me that there would be a stage after. I thought that this would be something I would simply have to learn to manage as best I could. It's interesting that I find the idea of total freedom a bit scary as well as encouraging... I guess that's why I'm still at 'almost'...!
