I thought oats themselves didn't have gluten, and only because they are usually processed in factories and mills along with other grains that cross contamination is a high risk...?

I have only recently entered my 'almost recovered' stage and it had not occurred to me that there would be a stage after. I thought that this would be something I would simply have to learn to manage as best I could. It's interesting that I find the idea of total freedom a bit scary as well as encouraging...
