Place seems pretty family friendly. They had crayons for the kids and a large selection on their kids menu. I got the bacon cheeseburger which was very good. My wife got the pulled pork sandwich which had a nice smokey flavor to it. The wedge fries are good, but nothing more than your typical wedge fries. The thin and crispy fries on the other hand are excellent and the way to go in my opinion. My wife found a hair in the ice cream of her cookie dessert, but the waiter was apologetic and the manager brought out another one right away which he comped. Service overall was good.

12/05/2012 Noon Lunch with a friend. Beautiful interior upon entering from the mall. Waitress summonsed to seat us was very nice and informative. The table waitress was helpful as well and checked on us frequently. We both ordered soup and salad at $7.95 ; Cesar salad and clam chowder. Salads arrived quickly but both were lacking Cesar dressing... disappointing. If there was a hint of dressing, we were both unable to detect it anywhere on the romaine lettuce. If not for the sprinkles of parmesan cheese, it would have been a completely flavorless salad. While a request to bring side dressing or new salads was acted upon immediately, a kitchen staffer delivered salad replacements with no dressing. If I go back, I will avoid their salads or ask for salad dressing on the side when ordering. The clam chowder, however, was very good and warranted my overall food rating of Good (Soup very good, salad poor).

I have been going to this restaurant a few times a year since it opened. At first it was great but now the service has gone down hill. Out of my last 8 visits, only 1 has been good. The service staff has been inattentive, rude, and slow. When the food comes out, it's usually good. If you are not in a hurry, enjoy the food.

Pricey, but worth it. Their beers are hit or miss, but can be very good (red ale). A good and higher end beer and pizza joint.

Had our first visit last night - I highly recommend the Jeremiah Red ale, great tasting beer that I will definitely get again. The Santa Fe salad was called "the best I have ever had" by my lovely wife, and I had the Turkey Cobb sandwich which was also great. Will definitely return when I am at Tri County Mall...
