Pretty nice place. Lots of areas for the kids to jump. Was impressed with the amount of space set aside for toddlers, my twins never got bored. We were there for a birthday party and the party rooms were all well maintained and comfortable. Was a bit disappointed in the pizza they served, though I probably should have been considering the venue. Was just really plain. Really, the biggest gripe I had were the teenage staff members. They all clearly hated their job. As I stood in line with my son, I listned to two of them ranting on about how much they hated being there. They also have a rule that you must wear shoes covers if wearing shoes, there were dozens of people walking around in shoes right in front of the staff saying nothing.

This place is fun but some of the adolescents or Tweens they hire are really rude. It's like they are mad at their parents and enjoy bugging adults about ridiculous rules, and ignore potential safety hazards because they are so busy bothering adults. I was told I couldn't have a water bottle near the play area very rudely then was followed to the garbage can and watched even though I completely complied. Then the two workers pointed and laughed how unprofessional. I don't understand how workers can have huge face piercings but you can't have a closed container of water with you and why they have to be so rude about it. My suggestion would be to hire more adults and less hormonal teens.

Over stimulating and no security. When you walk in it's complete chaos, loud music and kids running around everywhere. We where there for an hour an a half and in that time 3 kids lost their parents and they called out for them by name and described them, which made me think there really isn't much security in place, and when I asked an associate at the snack counter what they do to prevent people from walking out with other parent's children she said she didn't know. Overall, it could be a lot of fun but needs some major safety improvements before I'd go back.

I just had my daughter's third birthday party there yesterday. $220 dollars for crappy pizza and not much else. We rented a small party room and were told that we were not allowed in there until the last 45 minutes of our 2 hours. Kids were served cold pizza and hugs juices. We were told to leave immediately after our time was up and the kids were no longer allowed to play or we had to pay extra. Nobody watches the door or stamps your child's hand to make sure they leave with the appropriate adult. Anybody could walk right in and take a kid without any problems. Yeah, they have cameras. Great! By the time you call the police, go over the videos and see what maniac took your's too late. The place is filthy and they couldn't care less. Never taking my child there again.

My son loves this place. Prices are reasonable and they change up the inflatables periodically which is nice. This visit we attended a birthday party which was well organized.

It's pretty fun but $10 for teen night is a bit much. The arcade games should be included with the price of admission. And there are so many girls and boys twerking and grinding wearing inappropriate clothing. That's very rude.

I took my grandchildren here for the day and they LOVED it! There was something for all ages and everyone left happy. (Even I got to get in the bounce houses). They even had a magician there who did a show! What a great time. My youngest grandson got to go on stage as a volunteer! Snacks were reasonably priced and the workers were super friendly and helpful! We can't wait to go back!
