Let me set the record the straight here. Receptionist, rude or not do not make a veterinary surgery good or not, it's the Vets that do and this vets is EXCELLENT. The receptionists here for the record are also very nice and helpful. Small pets especially are exceptionally looked after when alot of other veterinary surgeries seem to place less value on their lives for solely being small pets. We have taken Guinea pigs here on 3 or 4 occasions and the service from both the veterinary nurse and the vet himself was fantastic. They are very caring and they explain everything they do and why they do it. I could not recommend this veterinary surgery enough! It is not my local vets but I am more than happy to take them here because they are getting the best care possible which is what it's all about. Mr Nebiante is the vet we have seen on every occasion and he is friendly and very caring for our animals and he is happy to talk to you as much as needed to help with questions you may have. A fantastic service all around. I would highly recommend this vet practice.

always friendly reception, helpful in every way. i wish to become a vet and they have even helped me with questions and gave me plenty of sites to look into as well as personal tips. all of my pets have been looked after by the staff and treated with love and care as if they were they're own. i couldnt be happier with any other vet. highly recommend this veterinary surgery.

Totally disgusting experience from start to finish, rude staff and useless veterinarian nurse Took my kitten into the surgery with a urinary issue only to have everything we tell the vet totally disregarded and to be told the vet has no idea what's wrong and prescribe two different medicines that they said 'could' help and charge me a total of £95 for the pleasure. Fortunately kitten is on the mend but i have absolutely no confidence in the surgery and will be taking my pets elsewhere from now on

I have spoken to the staff on the front desk at Companion Care in Harlow for help and advice on a few occasions while shopping in Pets at Home recently. Every time, the ladies have been pleasant and helpful. I took our new cat this week to sign her up for Pet Plan and the vet checked her over and prescribed Advocate as requested and adminstered the first dose. The vet was really pleasant and polite and handled my cat gently while answering all my questions during our visit.. I looked on the website for her name but the website is out of date and she wasnt' listed but I will check her name and ask to see her again if I make an appointment.

Very good vets. Nice Veterinarians. Haven't had any problems at all with this vets. From other reviews i've seen perhaps the receptionists might not be as high calibre as you might want but they've always been pleasant enough. The most important thing is the vets themselves seem very competent and highly skilled.

Very poor in general. Have had a number of bad experiences in the past 2 years. I can't fault the vets but would wish they had more stable staff to continue seeing the same person. The reception staff however are atrocious! No communication is made between them which has caused a number of issues including details of operations being changed without my prior knowledge, the wrong contact number being called when specifically stating the correct person to contact, insurance forms not being sent off by them and not telling me they haven't bothered to look into correspondence from myself. LOOKING FOR A NEW VET NOW!!!
