It's that time again.
Stay hydrated while detoxing and giving yourself a boost in metabolism.

1 large lemon
2 medium limes
2 sprigs mint leaves
1 large roughly cut & peeled fresh raw ginger root
32 .oz distilled water

Let sit in fridge over night.
If you want to drink right away, let beverage sit for at least 30 minutes. This way the citrus and other ingredients have a chance to infuse the distilled water with healing and metabolic boosting nutrients.

It's Monday. The day we dread. The day that is back to the office. The day the weekend is over. Ugh! There is that one thing that makes us smile. Even on a Monday. What is that you ask? It's MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY!

You know we need a kick in the pants. Not just to go to the office but to go get that workout started. To prep our lunches, snacks and plan our weekly dinners. It's called meal prepping and planning. Sounds like a lot of work and a lot of I don't want to. How do you expect to lead a healthy lifestyle and get those abs you want and those buns of steal you want or those wings you want if you don't?

Good morning. Checking in on you. I'm excited! Especially since we are in our last three days of the 60 Day Ab Challenge. I want too now how everybody did come this Sunday. Be sure to chime in with your results. Whether it be before and after pics of those chiseled Abs, video, written progress slide show or maybe a little something about your journey. The good the bad and the ugly. Which all equates to healthy and fit and happy.
