CODEPINK unfurled banners and shouted during Mitt Romney's acceptance speech at the Republican National Convention: PEOPLE OVER PROFITS and DEMOCRACY IS NOT A BUSINESS. I agree.

Despite vicious political attacks over U.S. energy policy, the recent boom in oil and gas production will likely continue, no matter who wins the White House. http://cnnmon.ie/P9u09I

Marijuana to save the US economy ?

#funfacts #marijuana #euromaestro

What is the biggest cash crop in the US ? Apparently, it's marijuana and by far.

One small community in California tried legalizing it and the local economy started booming.

Is the war on drugs a failure ?

Watch the clip and share.
In his book Too High To Fail, author Doug Fine outlines why he thinks the war on drugs has failed and why he believes legalising cannabis could boost the US economy.

If we could just forget any tax cut, make everyone pay the same tax rate (let's 30 % regardless of income type and wealth status), I think we will be able to get back on track to prosperity. Limit the working age to 65 regardless of health condition, that will open up jobs for the young. Punish greed, the middle class will be able to dream again. After all, Health care to all Americans = A healthy overall America. Is that really bad? Tax imports more, foreign manufacturing companies who rely on US consumers will have to relocate to America. Legalize "it", and we will no longer have to pay for people to be in jail. So easy to fix this country instead of playing partisan politics.
