I purchased lenses for both my wife and son at Image Opt located in the GuildFord mall in Surrey. First prescription order got "lost", it was reordered from Montreal and it took 2+ weeks to be ready. I also ordered contact for my son; one of the two try-out contacts broke within a week and when for the replacement he was given just one (saving?). As for my wife, they gave her incorrect lenses! .. when she got them, she felt they were not right but they told her, because lenses are new you need to get used to them .. yes, she got "brand new" headache. Eventually, the new prescription came through.

Just got my new glasses an hour ago and this was by far one of the best experiences in my 20 years of wearing glasses. Dr. Gordon Wong is AMAZING! Thank you so much. Everybody there did their job with great professionalism. Thank you very much guys. If you ever need SEO, you get a bonus!

This is by far the best place to get your eye glasses/contact lenses!! I have already referred two people and will continue to do so. Amaia is excellent! She makes the experience worth it! I trust her taste and her judgment! She is very personable :) The optometrist there is also great. I wouldn't go anywhere else after this!

Will never return. If you're on a budget, don't waste your time here. The bottom line: it cost me $80 for a prescription, $45 extra if you get the "Dr." to sign and make it a contact lens prescription, and after being assured they 'price matched' with Clearly Contacts, two boxes of basic contacts came to $115. Poor customer service (except on Google reviews- they seem quick to discredit poor ratings on Google. Hmm). I left this place feeling lied to and cheated out of money. I will never return.

We were initially very frustrated by our experience. My husband went to the Broadway location on Sept 6 for a new set of glasses. We were told they would take 5 to 7 business days because of the stronger prescription. They finally came in Oct 3 (almost a month later). The glasses were necessary for him to renew his licence, and because the exam (wearing the glasses) could not be done his driver's licence was in process of being cancelled. When he tried the new glasses on, the prescription (which is a tricky one) didn't quite work for him. Because of the difficulties we had experienced, and because the prescription could not be achieved with bifocals, Image replaced the glasses with two pair (separate distance and reading glasses) at no charge. The distance glasses were completed in 30 min and the reading glasses will have to be made by the lab. We hope to have them in about a week. They have tried very hard to make up for the problems that occurred and we are grateful for their efforts.

bought a Groupon for $69 eye exam with $100 credit towards frames and $50 towards lenses - turns out YOU CANNOT USE IT FOR FRAMES that cost more than $100! You can't even make up the difference in cost if you wanted to! So basically there is one shelf of ugly out-dated frames you can choose from, and you will need to pay at least an extra $80 if you wanted lenses that are super thick and heavy. Eye exam is a basic one - they don't dilate your pupils or anything.
