Rude, expensive, racist. This is the worst bike shop I've ever visited in the USA. First of all bad attitude,it's like you have to already know what you want or they treat you like a miserable newbie. I'm an advanced cyclist,I just needed a couple of ideas for a new pair of shoes but all I've got is a bad attitude like " figure out first what you like and then let me know"..the kid was maybe not even 20 years old, speaking like that to a potential customer. Secondly, prices. These guys sell Specialized merchandise and clothes for more money that what they are supposed to. 85$ for a pair of cycling shorts while Specialized sells them for 75$ on their website. Third, and that was the worst one and proved how miserably educated are people living in Las Vegas : soon as I said I was visiting outside the US the lady ( presumably the owner ) sort of freaked out and took a copy of my credit card even if the transaction went through mentioning she had to do that due to phony credit card reports. So basically my CC number was available anytime for anybody at the shop..and you know what that mean. I will never ever set my foot in this place, ever.

Amazing shop. I have been here a ton since moving to vegas and they get me dialed on every visit. I also love the fact that invested in a sustainable building.

I never leave feedback on Google, but this store definitely deserves it. I contacted the store last minute because I was on a cross country bike tour when riding through Vegas. My knee had been giving me problems, so I decided to give it a shot and get a proper bike fit. Steve fitted the bike perfectly so that I could continue my ride pain free, and they fixed my derailleur so that the shifters would work better. All of that last minute and with a smile on their face. What a great store, if I lived in the U.S. permanently, I would not hesitate and get a bike there.

Went in to inquire about purchasing a new bike. The kid at the front counter did assist me but was not really interested in helping me out. It was in the morning and all I got from the repair guy there was a "hey". Their customer service could be much better. I did buy some biking gloves and a chain guard for my old bike. I felt discouraged and think I will not shop there again.

Need a bike? Get one here. Need your bike serviced? Get it fixed/tuned here. Need to rent a bike? LVC has all kinds of bikes for rent. Need cycling accessories or clothes? They have it all. You need to come visit this amazing shop that is 100% energy efficient and self-dependant.

Do NOT buy from these Guys! If you want terrible service during and after your bike purchase, this is the place for you. For great Customer Service, look elsewhere! You would think, that spending +$3,000 would be enough to qualify a customer for an excellent Customer Service experience, but no, their attitude is condescending & their level of loyalty to you as a customer is non-existent. I will never buy from these guys ever again.

Hi Chris. Thank you for your phone calls today asking us for additional discounts on sale items. It never hurts to ask! Unfortunately, as a retail store, we do have a bottom line and our current discounts include quality bikes that are already heavily marked down. We cannot sell bikes for less than what they cost us. We are sorry you found our no-haggle approach to our Spring Sale as being unreasonable. Please accept our apology and let us know how we can do better.

Jason moved from Aspen Creek to Las Vegas Cyclery, and Mark from REI Henderson & Broken Spokes moved to Las Vegas Cyclery, both are good bicycle mechanics. The building has a lot of current technology, to house its well stocked showroom, and well schooled and knowledgeable mechanics.

Came in to purchase a bike, kinda had an idea of what I wanted between three bikes, Wendy came and helped me as soon as I walked in the door, she was very knowledgeable about the bikes [I did a lot of research on the bikes before I even came in] Let me look at several bikes and test some outside found a bike that felt good. Bought some aftermarket pedals and an air pump they installed for me. Very happy with the bike and the customer service here, I'll be coming back if I ever upgrade my bike or need a tune up and recommend this shop to all my friends. Wendy also had a lot of good info on local trails to ride.
