Hi Rob, my name is Jared Fisher, and I am the owner of this company. I want to apologize if for any way we did not come through with the proper service. As with all my customers if they are not satisfied I would surely refund all their money. That goes for you too if you were not satisfied we will refund your money. I am sorry there was a delay in your bike being delivered on time, but we have no control over that. Again we are very sorry for any negative experience you had at our establishment. As far as the seat height goes, they are adjustable with a quick release lever. Often times our customers adjust their seat Heights three or four times in a single ride. This maybe the reason why our sales person did not adjust your seat.
