I am also a experienced and NASM-certified health and fitness professional with knowledge of Basic and Advanced principles of Personal Fitness Training. 

Looking to apply my expertise in exercise science in a corporate or health club setting by using my knowledge of Program Design and Exercise Science Principles to prepare and implement exercise plans to both novice and advanced fitness devotees.

 Although as an educator and learner in the health and fitness field I am also an IT geek, non certified, but duly educated with a Master's of Science  in the field.

 I still pondering on what IT specialty I am going to pursue.

 Right now my passion is educating the public with my knowledge in health and fitness and personal  training  and educating my future clients with that knowledge so that they can make informed decisions about their health and well being for the remainder of their life if they choose to do so.
